1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bahggo.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the Bahggo platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Bahggo mobile application.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a Bahggo account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bahggo does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Bahggo or any of its affiliated companies.

Bahggo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Bahggo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Bahggo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4 Deposits and Payments

Bahggo accepts deposits via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your Bahggo account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Bahggo reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Bahggo does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
• Bahggo reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if we are unable to verify the source of funds.

5 Withdrawals

Bahggo processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bahggo does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• Bahggo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bahggo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: Bahggo monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonuses in a way designed to exploit low-risk betting patterns, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.
• Right to withdraw: Bahggo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if we have reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused.

Bahggo's promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. Any attempt to exploit promotions in bad faith will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the Bahggo platform — including Dragon Fishing, Teen Patti, Star Fishing, Roulette, Water Polo, Rummy, and Tennis — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Bahggo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Bahggo uses certified random number generation for all casino-style games. The outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
• For sports betting markets, odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Bahggo reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any game or market at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, Bahggo's records are considered the definitive source of truth. All disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bahggo platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Bahggo platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that Bahggo reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its reputation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Bahggo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, Bahggo will conduct an investigation. During this period, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any frozen funds released. If a breach is confirmed, Bahggo reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
